YES! Please do come along to any of my Beginners Yoga or Gentle Hatha classes.

WHERE CAN I PARK FOR THE BEEHIVE?
Our council carpark is closed at the moment due to building works. I and many other of my yogis park on Brick St car park its free and you don't even need a ticket!
DO I HAVE TO BRING A MAT?
The only location I teach at that requires you to bring a mat with you is Weston Park. All other locations provide mats for students use.
